We are just about to go live on what we hope will be a great resource for school children, teachers and the general public.

Making use of our expertise in documentary television series and interactivity we have originated 'timelines.tv' which is an online resource which breaks up television history clips into small chunks and ranges them along a timeline. The user can whizz along the timeline to find a subject or date of interest and from here the resource sujects a multitude of connections to other clips and events.

Timelines.tv will lend itself to any period of history and covering any range of subject matter. It could be sports footage over the years, perhaps linking to different club history, for example or it may be more current affairs based. Imagine being able to access a video timeline on Iraq, or indeed any news worthy material and finding a timeline which puts it all in some form of perspective.

For this launch we feature a 1000 year timeline featuring the history of Britain broken down into 3 parallel timelines, social, political and empire. All in all close to 300 clips and its all currently provided free to the end user.
