We have just finished a CD-Rom sales tool for 'Challenger' tracked tractors, a caterpillar heavy-duty, high-tech agricultural vehicle. As the distribution was to be circulated in all of Europe and Russia, the resource had to be coded so as all the copy could be viewed in eight languages.

The resource includes over 40 mins of video split into bitesize chunks and selectable for displaying each of the vehicle's features. Also available is a virtual tour of the US production line, interviews with existing customers, interactive 3D models and 360 degree views from the cab. The salesman can also use the CD to build the customers' preferred model from the company's database of optional extras.

The guided tour of the Minnesota production line was art directed by AT, 3D models by Rustam Effandy and Jason King, while all the design was conceived by Miles Christensen and the flash development was by Javier Abanses.
